The topper is perched on a 8" food grade cake stick. It is removable so you can save the topper as keepsake. Each color/row is manually fringed and glued.
Decorative elements are: cactus, taco, sombrero, flowers, donkey, and maracas. These are made of layered cadstock or may be combined with printed elements.
